Yuji Taniguchi, CEO

Mr Taniguchi started his finance career when he joined JBCC Holdings (listed in the Tokyo Stock Exchange, 1st board) in 1985, as head of accounting systems sales. Later, in 1995, he joined INFOCOM (listed in JASDAQ). During this time, he acquired both knowledge and training on intricate financial management systems. In 1999, he joined an internet service provider as its finance officer and was tasked to prepare reports for security stocks and bond offerings for public investments. He joined MALL TV in 2000 as a representative director entrusted with preparing reports for securities and publicly listed companies.

May Tiu-Hayashida, COO

May graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of the Philippines. In 1995, May helped to set up Canad Phils. Inc., successfully managing one of the Philippine's largest factories exporting steel structures to various Japanese steel contractors. She was trained in banking with the Commercial Bank of Manila and moved on to finance and management with Finasia, an investment data and software company. May then worked in a number of sectors including food (Elpopa Food Products), construction (F. A. Tiu Contruction Corp.), mining and trading (International Vendor Inc.).

In 1995, she teamed up with Moriaki Hayashida to set up Canad Phils. Inc., successfully managing one of the Philippine's largest factories exporting steel structures to various Japanese steel contractors.

In 2000, May was involved in setting up Allied Pacific Corporation in Japan to handle fossil fuel imports from Taiwan. The Company then made the decision to concentrate mainly on biodiesel made from coconut oil produced from the Philippines.

She has served Bio-Energy NL Inc since 2006.

Yasushi Kondo, Director

Mr. Kondo's business activities encompass a wide area of business fields. His management experience started in 1985 when he joined Nissho Electronics Co. (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, 1st board) specializing in the import and export of data communication equipments and also domestic sales. He later joined Nextcom Co. (now Mitsui Information Co., listed in the Tokyo Stock Exchange, 2nd board) which was engaged in LAN system sales. In 1995, he established Network Center Co., and held the position of directors' representative. The company was the sole agent of Israel's LANNET Corp., and achieved sales of JPY1,800,000,000 after barely 2 years in operation.

In 2001 Mr. Kondo established Samfha Entertainment which developed and produced events nationwide. In 2002 he established Pacific Trading Co. concentrating on the development of sales promotions on a wide range of businesses including the promotion of Coconut Bio-Diesel.
